Great band, great song, great music. That's all that matters. Honestly, you shouldn't listen to a band's music on the premise that they're a sellout or not, you should listen to a band's music because YOU ACTUALLY ENJOY THE MUSIC.

yeah, it actually has they are tuning there guitars down a half step when they play now, and instead of hitting a higher now like he normally would, matt hits a lower one its still awesome tho

My suspicion is that he was slightly under the weather, since you can hear a slight waver in his voice. Nonetheless, this is a great song, and a good performance.

@KCgonewild i've seen alkaline trio more times than i can keep track of and he's always played guitar, or drums in one instance. i never saw heavens and now nobody else ever will. it's not a bad thing, not playing a guitar, just weird. it's kind of like seeing someone you've known for a long time who always had long hair, but the next time you see them it's suddenly gone. doesn't mean it's a bad haircut, it's just different, weird.

i agree with agoldcoin, alkaline trio's song are amazing as ever, just their album have been totally over produced recently. i heard the new one agony and irony via their myspace and theirs some really good songs ruined but over-polished studio buggery. production is important in making a record but theres such a thing as over0kill. the lyrics to this song are fuckin sick.
