98.5cc 2 Stroke Case Reed 56mm Engine Build Motorized Bicycle

In this Video I show how i was able to build a CDH 110 into a Monster motorized Bicycle engine . By adding a case reed and sleeving the cylinder.

How did you make the case for the reed. I have been cutting into a 80cc one for the case reed. It does not look that clean

@@mobdta425 hi Mike just saw your question to witch I see no answer I have one of those cases from a cdh 110 it has a zmn100 rod the case is must thicker than the standard 80/66cc being totally honest I hope this helps you I had to pay attention to what he has it looks like he rebored the 110cc cylinder looks good

It's from an ms660 big bore kit (56mm)

Ms660 has the same stroke 40mm as bt100 yd100 etc
