Fully agree. I initially followed because of that very thing. Taking every tiny thing as being momentous, being mindful and happy with what we have, rather than focus on what we don't. A saying I love is "take time to smell the roses" and watching these videos or her IG reels or photos - that's exactly what I feel I'm doing. ❤️
