Don't call them; they will immediately call 911, and you will be forced to go to the hospital. After that, you will have to pay bills. Please be careful. They will get you into more trouble and add more problems.

They only do that in certain situations where you need to go to a mental hospital. I called it before and my situations weren’t bad. You don’t need suicidal thoughts to call/text 988. I reached out to them when I felt the need to talk to a counselor about anger and no cop cars, ambulances, nor life flights arrived to my location. They only call 911 in certain situations where you need someone to physically stop you from doing something or when you say that you need to go to a mental hospital I think

Not completely true. I’ve called 988 multiple times. Only once 911 has come to my house. And it was only to a serious attempt. Don’t believe that calling 988 immediately means trouble. Because it doesn’t.
