The frost one will work for gold and lower ranks lol. People just shoot it down. It does work on emerald and higher but only if the cam is not shootable from the side and is in a rush.

I usually put my frost mats not in doorways, but next to them because people usually hug the wall when they walk in the room and as soon as they turn the corner they get a nice surprise

I have some good spots for frost traps. Instead of reinforcing essential single walls. You make a vault hole so they enter “freely“. This method is pretty good for the Villa map 2f Aviator & Games room.

Just knifing the glass also doesn't completely negate the cam's ability to gather intel. It's better to destroy it via bullets, explosives or other gadgets.
