They may not agree with you and/or be accountable for their actions towards you. You may never get an apology. I've learned to walk in love and forgiveness. I don't find it necessary to try to hash out anything with anyone who's hurt me. I'm whole now and don't carry any emotional baggage. I'm happier than I've ever been in my life. One more thing: "I've learned to not be with someone who isn't good for me. I don't ignore my female intuition."

@@iris9383 She broke up with me in December due to my overwhelming insecurities. I blame majority of that on my wild thoughts stemming from past trauma and drinking. I don't drink anymore and for months it was up and down until I poured back into myself and took my energy away and became respectful and unattached to outcome. She called my homie crying a few weeks ago after a week of NC because I was always the one to cave in after 3 days. She knows I'm a catch and even her daughters adore me. This break-up was necessary and I needed her to do this. This is a hard process and although I'm not out of the woods yet, I have her respect and her attention. Be patient and stay busy. Stay off social media as well if you have one.

The fact that you keep reaching out to your ex shows that you don't value yourself because if you did, you wouldn't be chasing after anyone who doesn't want to be bothered by you. It's a turnoff and an act of desperation. The same when you hop from one relationship to the next. You are desperate for love and affection from someone else. This is definitely a problem that needs to be addressed through therapy and or self-reflection. You cannot make anyone want you nor want to be with you. Was engaged. Exactly 4 weeks and 2 days of no contact. Been so tough and has taken so much discipline. When we broke up, I cried the first day, but then I didn’t beg. Didn’t stalk or show up to her place. Didn’t reach out. Didn’t force anything. Told her I understood her decision and gave her the breakup. She hasn’t heard or seen ANYTHING from me. I was with a woman for two weeks from the jump she joked about everything even past relationship experiences I told her she even joked about me being vegan. She also called me a square and downplayed my goals after that she started talking to me like shyt but even after this I still stayed every day while she worked I was on the phone with her even the times I wanted space. We had our arguments but it’s not until h she told me her baby daddy was coming to town and supposedly taking her and the kids to six flags she said it was strictly co parenting with her but the way she talked about him made it seem like she still wanted him. One day I fell asleep on the phone and I heard her talking to him and it seemed flirtatious so I hung up the phone and vowed not to pick up but she kept calling and I gave in I told her how I felt and she made it seemed like it was nothing I believe her and tried to hang in there but that night I vowed not to contact her or pick up she called me again and I gave in we sat on the phone and while she was working I got a call. I told her but she was talking on the other phone and while I’m talking on the other line she texted me a message saying stop hanging up on me you’re pissing me off!! So I texted her stop fucn talking to me like that I didn’t hang up. And then she texts me tells me she’s done she can’t do it cause i cursed at her. She cursed at me multiple times and didn’t stop when I asked but said she’s done when I didn’t give her her wish. So I called her and it went to voicemail she kept forwarding my calls and I let my emotions get the best of me I called her out her name and said some other things that I didn’t mean. Every since she told me about her baby father coming it kind of hurt me and when I tried to leave she used to convince me that she had no feelings for him but then she made it seem like we didn’t go out it’s like she was looking forward to it I just felt like when it’s strictly for the kids why can’t he just take the kids. I just don’t get how when I treated her the same way and she couldn’t take it I wish I would have just left at the first red flag now I’m sitting here missing a person that was never good for me and I’m even more mad at myself I feel so stupid. I called her the next day and tried to work things out she declined and said she didn’t trust me it’s crazy that i would trust a person who have dogged me out in such a short period of time when I was only trying to love her. I don’t think she’s coming back Taurus women are stubborn rebelliously and once their mind is made up it’s no changing it and I just really want to heal I haven’t contacted her i actually picked up a journal and started writing I just at times find myself stressing because I was very tolerant with her but she made it seem like I’m too much. 5 years ago, I was in a relationship, and after a spat of arguments, one day we had a terrible fight. No contact two weeks. I sent a voice note, right before seeing a video, about not caving but it was too late, he already opened the message, which he did not respond to. I had officially been ignored!! I kicked myself for reaching out but found strength in the message, as it opened my eyes to the no contact rule. so, fixing my crown, I went away quietly, not reaching out again, even deleting him as a contact. One year later, I was chatting to friend on the phone and a number I didn't recognise came up. Boom, there he was. They always come back. Maybe not on your time, but they do pop back up. Be easy on yourself, get on with your life. If you fall off the wagon, have a weak moment, it doesn't matter. Get back in the saddle, start again, focus on yourself, as everything works out in the end 😊

Very true. Do nothing! Take your dignity and march forward. My nasty, disgusting ex got married behind my back for a greencard then disappeared. Well I changed my number. Blocking would be too easy. I left 1 outlet unplugged...my email. I knew eventually he would try to contact me again and pretend nothing happened and I wanted to make him feel forced to send that email (for evidence). 😅Well after 5 years I got that email and in his words, "I know friendship isn't asked for or by force, but I want you to know that I miss you my friend." All of that was bs. He had his tail between his legs like the dog he is. I still didn't know he was married at that time. And my past relationships were somehow healthy, I treated them very well, was very thoughtful and always took care of them while focusing on being my best self. I use to look at breakups as something negative but I’ve learned that the time invested isn’t actually a waste. Look at what valuable experience you’ve learned that has helped shape you into a better person. You just have to replace that energy of comfort with something else. Take the time to yourself and process your emotion. Journaling helps with getting your feelings out so you’re not sitting on them. Soon you’ll realize that there are billions of people in the world. Abundance mindset. You’ll be surprised what’s waiting for you around the corner when you’re focused on yourself and your relationship w/ God. I would suggest starting to workout if you don’t already. Feeling great is a direct correlation to looking great and will keep you radiating at a high attraction frequency. Rejection is just redirection. Good luck.

I’ve made some mistakes these past 4 months since the break. Biggest one was we spent a loooooot of time together. It was like we stayed a couple and it didn’t allow us to get that proper space and I didn’t grow as much as I could have. Now I’m truly just focusing on myself. Trying to win her back and desperately telling her how it can work DOES NOT WORK. That won’t shed a good light on yourself and you’ll feel like crap. So learn to love yourself first and foremost. Do some soul searching and get to the point that u can be happy completely on your own because you’re fulfilling your individual desires in life. Even if u give her space and she starts giving u attention, STAY STRONG. I didn’t, I fell for it and met up with her, went on a vacation even. It almost worked but it didn’t.
