Pretty well. Still hitting the gym regularly. I struggle to gain weight as fast as I want but it's finally starting to go up again. My lifts have been increasing pretty steadily as well.

@@HjbProductions Just remember, you've got to sweat, raise your heart rate, and breathe. Once you start working out, whether it's yoga, weight lifting, cardio, etc, block everything else out and stay in the moment.

@@HjbProductions get a training buddy that has been doing it for years to show you the basics. Or pay a personal trainer for ATLEAST 2-3 weeks or more to learn. Pay attention and GL. Remember. Form is more important than the weights. You can research the whole thing on the net tho. Always keep your back straight, that's the most important. You can start off at home even doing pushups for a few weeks to build strength before you hit the gym. GL.

You inspired me to start a f2p account too, absolutely loving it :) I just love how it feels like old, true 2007 runescape. At least compared to where members currently is. One of my fondest memories of this game was when I couldn’t afford membership, when I made cringe rune 2h pk videos to Breaking Benjamin and killing heaps of random stuff in the stronghold of security to train up further.
