I have this chopper one month I’m thinking how did I not have one of these log ago, I have a lot of Kuhn Rikon everything is QUALITY, first pull your supposed to pull swift & fast. It is amazing Hey fella it’s only as good as you make it,that other thing I was given one like it, I gave it right back, this green machine, I’ll Fight you if you try to take my pull chopper. I LOVE it.

I would have opted for lime juice instead of oil, but the big thing that I wanted to see was whether or not the blades needed to be facing the same direction and on top of each other like the instructions say. You didn't do that and it still work so I guess that answers my question. I wasn't sure how you would keep the blades in place as you loaded whatever you are trying to cut in.

Lime juice and using olive oil adds flavor.

The problem with this is that you first need to chop the veg.
