San Francisco now has more legal authority to clear away homeless encampments after the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday threw out part of a court order limiting when and how the city could cite people for sleeping on the streets.

And, most of the drugged up homeless aren't looking for toilets when they have diarrhea, so they just do it all over, like on the bus, or the bus bench.

Housing should be a human right, but so should education, medical care, food, things that we as a species need to survive. I'd be willing to bet if you were without a home, you would think it's a right to be sheltered right?

9th circuit are the ones that got it wrong. I applaud the SCOTUS. Finally we are no longer burdened with the 9th circuit’s absolutly stupid interpretation of what constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
