Sorry. I tried to make sure I got everyone. But with this many toons mistakes can happen. She is a good Dps and better lead/support for Thor. But because Elecktrokenetic is so niche maybe somewhere at the top of Functional at this point.

What is the difference between basic damage and energy damage when it come to the leadership?

All Basic Damage: Both Energy and Physical Physical Damage: Physical Damage Character Energy Damage: Energy Damage Character And then there’s Hulk: Immortal uniform and Fear itself uniform scales his damage with HP
