9v9 Player Formation

My team used 3 defense, 2 middle, 2 wide wings, and 1 center forward, and I was one of the wings, but it felt like I had to cover too much ground helping on defense and then having to sprint back to the offensive side when we got the ball. Maybe I wasn't playing smart, or maybe I shouldn't have helped on defense so much, but I ended up getting cramps in the 2nd half.

I’m currently playing 3-4-1 but I have the option of really quick LB/RB! I would like to try using them as wing backs! What’s your thoughts

I use 3-4-1 and sometimes I transform to 3-1-3-1

So I take it your 3-4-1 uses a diamond shape midfield? Otherwise a "flat" 3-4-1 would more naturally shift into a 3-2-2-1 or 3-2-3. But yeah, lots of options to go from that base 👍🏼 Relating back to the video you could even shift into the 2-3-2-1 / 2-3-3 from a 3-4-1, if the opponent play allows for a CB to move up into the 6 role and both center mids get to play higher up the pitch...

I use 2 4 2 and I got 2 nill down I changed to 323 I equalized ,
