Nope, its called dedication and discipline. With that mentality, everyone will be like, okay I will eat a little and go to gym later. But, that attitude will slack you later on. I love that Varun and Sonakshi are enjoying the food a lot, which is so great. But don’t shame Alia. Whats the point of dieting if you are going to cheat, lol? Like, every day you are craving something and you give in. Whats the point? She has a cheat day and this wasn’t the day.

To be frank there r many actors/actress who eat healthy and Manage to B fit, and atleast if she had tasted the food it would have honoured the host... Alia ki place pe koe or actress hoti sunny, shrdha sure they would have, i had seen them in other shows eating and alia is like sukhi haddii... Even after getting success, and being rich if they can't even eat properly, insan pet k lie kamaata h, diet kro pr pagal mat ho jaao diet pe vse hi sukhi padi h alia

To show respect and connect with the chef that she came here, she could've tried and worked out something which her diet allows her to have, to be made by the chef to make her feel good about it. They've come to Shirpa on this show with a specific purpose, and what's the point if all of what's major about the show is not adhered to!

Exactly! i was wondering the same thing! In another video she even said she was on Keto and in another she said she is doing intermittent fasting. Thats completely against what Rujuta promotes. I dont know which is worse--to be constantly on a diet or to pretend to be eating everything when you are actually on these unhealthy diets all the time.
