I had to use the milk crate as well for my RM125. We also had a stack of cinder blocks in the back I would use to get up on it. Father said I couldn't have a smaller bike because I'd outgrow it too fast.

Thats insane at that age.I can remember hitting my teens so it must have ben around 87/88and a friend had a KX 80 straight out the factory and after riding mainly trial bikes that lil 80 was a surprise but ill never forget the early 90s CR250 that thing was a complete animal.

I’ve been riding for 17 years and I’ve hit my feet and legs in countless rocks and hit countless jumps while riding in vans or basketball shoes. Broken a toe once but it wasn’t even my fault, got ran into by another rider and they hit the tip of my foot which broke my big toe
