I just replayed this the other day and couldn't believe i stumbled upon this! I played this game to death years ago and never found the easter egg even though i remember seeing gollum. Feels good to discover something new after so many years later hehe 😄

I remember reading about this Easter egg on a message board as a kid, and tried to find it, but somehow missed that you had to find Gollum 3 times. I assumed it was fake until now.

Sadly this does not work on the Xbox version. Gollum and the fist sword exist but it seems the clown developers forgot to add a way to obtain it. LOL.

Awesome work. Could you try to reupload this with the sound effects (i.e. the waterfall) turned down? I'd like to get a clear recording of this Gollum's voice. You don't have to delete this video, just make a separate video of the Aragorn/Gollum cutscene with the sound effects turned down.

It's not as easy as that. Sound effects and dialogue volume are on the same slider in this game, you can't turn them up/down separately.

Why didn't Aragorn say to Gollum I thought I Turned You Over To The Wood Elves palace because in the book Aragorn had captured Gollum and gave him to the Wood Elves.

This is a non-canon meeting, not meant to be taken seriously. Besides, Legolas would have already told the other Fellowship members that Gollum had escaped. That was the whole reason he was at Rivendell in the first place.

@@Bauglir100 but it was Aragorn who gave Gollum to the wood elves. And it also have been cool if Gollum said another Ranger revealing Eric or may not be his first because who knows how many Rangers gum is mint remember he was in the Shadow of Mordor and he met Talion who is also Ranger.

@@chrismaccool9097 I don't know who Eric is or what gum has to do with anything, but Shadow of Mordor came out 12 years after this game. And yes, Aragorn did bring Gollum to the Wood-elves, but he never met Gollum again in the novel. This meeting is a non-canon easter egg with the sole purpose of giving you a ridiculously powerful weapon that happens to be a swordfish.

Anyway yes I know the Shadow of Mordor was done a decade after this game was that would have been cool to have a little tip off because is an obvious scam has met other Rangers beside Aragorn.
