@21:34 I do not understand this statement "how many times the magnetic field line is encountering the current that is actually known as the MMF."

As per Amperes law, a current carrying conductor gives rise to magnetic field, or a magnetic field induces current in a wire. How many times this interaction is happening depends on the number of turns of the conductor around the core carrying the magnetic field. She is referring to that.

H=B/u is introduced because this quantity is independent of material, i.e., H is not a function of u (permeability of the material). As, from the basic definition, B is proportional to u, and I and inversely proportional to r.

H does have an equivalent/analogous quantity in Electric circuits which is E(electric field)!

In 38:38 , how BA/HL, we have to divide same parameter in num and den , either A/A or L/L. ?

It's actually B/H=μ (multiple A/l on both sides) (B/H)A/l=(μ)A/l
