He is in my humble opinion the only singer who can go near Oum Kalthoums level. I watched a KZbin video of him singing alongside of the legendary Marcel Khalifa playing Oud, the performance was out of this world !!!!

Umm Kulthum is the greatest voice in history for Arabs and Egyptians. From my childhood until now I hear a real Umm Kulthum every day, I am proud of that
