Kareem wrote the song and Kadim compose while they were on the plane, once they arrived Kadim sang it for first time on stage That shows how great is this song, and how great they are (Kareem and Kadim)

Also for the last part where he reveals he was discribing Baghdad the original lyrics says " has God sweetened any like you in the world" while sweetness here not as sugar but as fresh water...the arabic word used is easily confused with the word for "torture" like you read....in all cases thats not what he sang as he again changed the lyrics to "have men built anything like you in the world?"
