Then I left company for preparing for government job and I cracked the state government exam in 2019 but due to Corona we didn't get joining yet and we may get joining in early 2022 . My age is 25 years. I will be worked as assistant engineer in state government after joining. In india we use IS (Indian Standards) codes which are prepared by BIS. But in US they use ASTM ( American Society for Testing and Materials) hope your doubt cleared.

Unfortunately Surveyors are not in as demand as India buddy, it’s not a super technical job. US has a lot of surveyors. You might have to focus on other Civil engineering branch and then simultaneously find a company that allows you to work in that field.
