@patriciaboatman84235 ай бұрын
@@tinanadzan1320 I'm saying the curcuminoids in turmeric will keep iron from absorbing. I have hemochromatosis. My body can't throw off excess iron. Causes death if l don't pull it off from an occasional phlebotomy . It causes joint inflammation. So l started taking 1200mg of turmeric with curcuminoids. Went back for labs to ck high iron after 3 months and my iron was very low in the 50s. Ferritin (stored iron) was below 20. So had to stop taking it.

Arthritis sufferers, please make sure you get enough Vitamin C daily. As per packaging instructions, helps maintain healthy gums and cartilage. That means your joints. Also homemade bone broth is helpful, done over many hours on low. Keep covered once boiling, add water as needed. The longer you simmer it the more benefits you extract from said bones. When done and removing those bones, add your vegetables and cook for another 15 minutes. Let stand for a little before serving. Some people squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice into the soup once served. It changes the flavor yes, but it is delicious too.

Helpful tip:- if you get mid to upper right abdominal pain after eating honey, thyme, rosemary or sage then you may have gallbladder problems (likely sand, stones and/or polyps which can become cancerous). These foods stop the gallbladder emptying apparently and thus the bile suoersaturates and can lead to these problems. Fasting and low fat diets also cause this problem. It can end up extremely painful (worse than childbirth and lasting much longer) and life threatening if left untreated. Daily taking essential clove oil and essential nigella sativa (black cumin seed) oil have been found to dissolve gallstones in recent research. Also got rid of kidney stones apparently. Feel free to Google it guys, I'm giving no further details and can't remember the dose or studies but the internet has the details if you research the science.
