If this is in the US, CPS won’t do anything unless there are physical abuse and/or the RV is a mess. The parents can provide evidence that they work (they have online jobs) and they are homeschooled. The parents have so much control over their children that they can intimidate them to not say anything.

RV life is fine and relaxing when it's just you or with someone who enjoys it too but it is not a life you can live with kids. Leave the kids out of it. Let the kids have a life or don't have kids at all if RV life is more important to you

I've gotta input about the "homeschooling=bad" people real quick. For example that national part junior ranger program completion would be equal to the amount of work a child of 15 years old does for a final project in a class. Gonna say it straight up. Parents, if you choose to actually pay attentio0n to the amount of content being taught in a class, you'll learn that a 2 hour trip to the museum will instill as much information as a month of class does. Plus, the "other things" kids go to school to learn as far as becoming a part of society are concerned are 1) to become a cog and to do whatever your boss says 2) the quadratic formula, while learning nothing about taxes or budgeting 3) learn how to bully others for the way they look or for how much money they have yeah many parents would say they don't want their kid to learn those things

With how corrupt public school systems are nowadays (ESPECIALLY Collage), that 2nd family is still probably teaching their kids better. As long as they learn how to pay bills, cook, and other basic needs then its all good. Its seams like their issue are the pets and your typical teenage bullshit. But who knows what really goes on behind the scenes.
