For the record, Baxter Stockman isn't really "strong" , but he's definetly one of the SMARTEST characters in the verse. In this iteration he took Earth's tech from 21st Century level to being able to box with intergalactic empires in just a few years. And in Fast Forward, we see that his tech was basically the foundation for many of the advancements in the centuries to come, INCLUDING being able to repair DNA and bioengineer brand new bodies for people. So, yeah, as arrogant as he was; Stockman WAS a genius.

Also, do NOT forget the 13 Lost Episodes. The turtles go to some mysterious island that Master Splinter forced them to go to cause the basically, the turtles needed an upgrade on the magical sort of level. Shredder was there too, but as the most powerful DEMON a literal and figurative DEMON, and wanted to pretty much fight the ninja turtles because he can. Ralph got a pair of new sai that i think made Ralph into a speedster and if he threw his sai they were able to track targets and ricochet, Mikey's power was teleporting and basically being a trickster, Don i don't think got a specific power other than he was able to release like energy waves or like energy shields, and Leo never got a power cause he can turn into a dragon so he didn't have to do any trials. But after that whole conflict, the fight basically took everything sent them back to New York, and it got rid of their powers and Shredder is no longer a Demon, just an alien lmao. Then there's also the seasons that the turtles go into the future, which was really meh. Honestly, it was after the lost episodes that the show started to tank.

Just to let ya know, the silhouette for part 2 is of the demon shredder tho would like to clarify a misconception ya got. Demon shredder is the actual Oroku Saki and not Utrom Shredder, Utrom shredder just got the idea to use his appearance and name cuz he was the biggest menace before Utrom came along. Also it just adds to Utrom Shredder's rep that he somehow became a bigger demon than a LITERAL DEMON ffs!
