Aber mal ganz ehrlich...bin selbst gelernter Koch, bei diesem Arbeitstempo wäre ich schon längst gefeuert worden und das Gericht als Ganzes, reisst mich auch gerade nicht vom Hocker...zuviel Zusammengemanschtes und ob die verschiedensten Komponente in dieser Speise sich so topp vermengen, sieht nur als Draufsicht einigermaßen gut aus...ansonsten, kommt keinesfalls in meine Rezeptesammlung. 9:13
