250 ml glass
Ingredients:
2 and 3/4 cups plain flour type 450
6-7 tablespoons of 18% cream
Stir gently
6 egg yolks
pinch of salt
2 tbsp spirit
Knead the dough.
Meanwhile, heat up the fat (I used 1 kg of lard, you can use vegetable oil)
Gently sprinkle the pastry board with flour. Divide the dough in half and roll it out very thinly.
Use a knurling knife or a knife to cut out strips (about 3 cm x 15 cm). In the center of each strip, cut lengthwise and scroll.
Do the exact same with the other half of the dough.
Put a piece of dough in the hot oil. If it comes out right away, the temperature is perfect for frying.
Fry until golden brown.
Put the finished brushwood on a paper towel to drain off excess fat
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
