Hello loves! I hope you all enjoy this little estate sale haul! I forgot to mention I did also pay the cost of these items, in case anyone was wondering. Haha! I had so much fun opening up these boxes and being surprised when I didni't remember what exactly i had gotten.

Hiya! The velvet hat is indeed for an adult, to be worn w/ a hat pin (or hairpin) to secure. Can be worn off center like you were trying, or on top; even seen vintage pics w/ an updo, hat kinda towards the back on the lower crown of your head. Akin to a pillbox maybe? The beret flap is worn inside to give structure. Love it all! We’re all bibliophiles in our home, books, mags everywhere-groaning shelves. I could open a vintage/ antique shop w/ my cookbook collection alone, must be ruthless & let them move on to happy homes soon. Don’t even get me started on housekeeping, decor, magazines, crafting, sewing, knitting; I’m truly overrun! Have many same or older versions of what you got, such sweet friends! Enjoy everything! Btw, the little vent on the hairdryer is for drying your nails! (I have 3, I *need* 3? 😳) Have a lovely day! Jet 🧡🎸🎶⚡️

Great haul! Loved the magazines and the razor - I had one :) I think it was my first (late 70s) by then, but I still use an electric razor to this day.

Love the vintage mags. I spend a lot perusing vintage womens mags, they are sooo interesting. I have mags from the 1880s to the 1970s, they're a real window into womens lives from the past. You are a lucky girl with all your lovely new things, enjoy xx.Can't wait to see the vids looking at some of the things in this in more detail, and the red beret actually looks pretty cool either way💛. Hope you feel all better soon x

They're so so fascinating. I love reading them and seeing the styles back then and also the articles and how different things are today (or sometimes how very similar!)

Great video as usual. The hairdryer and shaver are the bees knees. I have to laugh, I found a spiral bound copy of Joys of Jello and a couple other books I've been saving for a care package for you. I guess I get to keep that one for my collection. 😄🍰❤

I had a glimpse of your finds in your Instagram, I loved to see them in detail! I say an emphatic yes!! to all the 60s videos, whether they're in comparison with the 50s or a standalone subject. Ps. I have a few older berets, - they are a weakness of mine, I can't not buy them but anyway, they came with the extra fold tucked in for support, but it looks cute both ways, so... Both?

Aren't they fun?! Also it's nice to have the insight on that red flap, it really had me confused!

Nice finds, would say the red hat that the excess gets tucked in for structure.
