I was totally skeptical at first, but I tried it and I was blown away. My cable now sounds like one costing 10, 20, or even 100x more! Even my wife who is not an audiophile came into the room and said it sounds night and day better.

Waking up from a complicated open chest operation, I was able to steal the power cable of the defibrillator next to me. I have no words to describe the immeasurable sound improvement after connecting it to my integrated amplifier.
@D1N0218 күн бұрын
Pollution in a cable quickly attenuates because it is very weak compare to the power signal, so of you shield the last bit with a decently shielded cable you effectively clean your audio signal. It works.

For those not comfortable modding equipment like this, I can refer you to someone who can do custom pla-sleeve-o mods for a nominal fee starting at $20/inch plus the cost of materials. Currently, placebo filter sleeves are available in organic flax, hemp, and genuine Andean alpaca yarn. No cheap chifi polyester!

I feel sadness for S/A as I just moved into an audiophile neighbourhood wired using first run copper, step down transformers filled with pure sperm whale oil for the ultimate smooth power delivery. My system has never sounded better. The other cool part is there no power poles, only massive wooden cable lifters. I’m so glad I found your channel. Love it, Brian

cables matter, if you can't tell the difference when changing them there's a problem with your hearing

Yes, and with the $50,000 analyzers that can’t show an audible difference. Humans and machines are simply flawed against sighted cable testing.

The average salary in USA is about $60,000/Year. A power cable has a cost of $6.00 in average. That is about the 0.010% of the average salary. So for a super rich audiophile, who earns more than $200.000.000/Year, a $20,000 power cable is a fairly good price. Its not about audio or quality, its just about business 😆😆😆

You should not trust any video where someone doesn't describe how the upgraded power cable affects the soundstage or the accuracy of the instrument positioning. Surely we also can't trust this since there's not a single comment on how the cable affected the warmth of the organ pipes on his favorite Diane Bish vinyl.

First, no cheap $10.00 sleeve will improve the sound in my listening room, which is the sound of "Oohs" and "Aahs" when I tell visitors how much money I spent on my system. They have to step behind my equipment rack and lift my power cords to know they're special, even though they're special. Even though they're plain black in appearance, they are much heavier. I use IT Grade Hewlett Packard Enterprise Synergy System Frame Power Cords for all my gear. Since I had to buy an entire data center compute system to get enough power cords to run my amp, preamp, DAC, and turntable, they cost me much more than $20,000. (Warning: Do not run any high performance IT equipment near your audio gear. Donate the IT equipment to a university, or set up the racks where they can impress your friends without being powered on, since you're using the power cords for your audio system anyway.) As for the placebo effect, I recommend you purchase my patented Mind & Mental performance pills so you can make better judgments about your audio setup as well as other things in your life. Don't fall for imitations. Look for the "m" on the multi-colored pills.

Your ears are just no so sensitive to hear it. Its not a problem. That just mean your strong side of sensivity is not in ears.
@scientificaudiophile5 ай бұрын
No, I hear it. Just needs the cable wrapped first. Then the sound just opens up, like lifting a veil.
@NameSurname-u7b5 ай бұрын
@@scientificaudiophile If the difference would be not audible the market of cables would not exist. So here are two options: 1. The resolution of your system is too low to take the impact that cables makes, so you need higher grade dac for example. 2. Ears is just not your strong side, but may be eyes are! Not joking. Eyeglasses means you subconsciously dont want to see much stressful thins around so you choose not to see much. Also this means your starting eyes sensivity was higher than average because people subconsciosly choose to degrade their most sensitive organs to reduce the amount of stress. I definitely wish cables dont make any difference because I dont want to waste money on them, but I hear the difference and it is too significant to ignore the cables. Best regards.
