damn dude this is tight... these cameras go for like $40 on ebay, if you could post a vid explaining what you need to set one up, that would be much appreciated... i'd make a rig like this for sure.

Dude, this is so sick! I’ve got the same camera, I had no idea that someone could get it to look like this. What kind of analog to digital converter do you use to capture it?

Thanks! I used a AC power converter for the camera called a HVA-200. That little converter has a RCA video out. I used a RCA to HDMI converter cable to send the signal to an Atomos Ninja V monitor, which has built in recording capabilities. I simply recorded using the external monitor onto an SSD!

With these older digital cameras the sensor gets burned in for a few seconds when bright lights hit it, so the camera naturally produces the ghost trails.
