Hello everyone. This is our next project. The owner of this house is Ms. Nga, 65 years old, currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. She bought this house in 2000 with a handwritten document. In 2010, the state issued a red book to the people. While doing the land registration procedure, a land dispute and lawsuit occurred. In 2020, she won the lawsuit and has the right to own the entire land and this house. Due to many years of resolving the dispute, this house has been abandoned until today. She watched our free cleaning program. She really liked it and wanted us to support her in cleaning this house. We agreed to help Ms. Nga clean this house. We did this project in 2 days, but due to heavy rain, we had to temporarily stop the work. On the second day, we continued to work, but a man in his 40s came to stop us from continuing and threatened to call the police if we continued working. We contacted Ms. Nga and we stopped this project so she could report to the police to resolve the matter. This project is only partially completed, you can see the rest in the next parts. I wonder if the man who called the police was the party who lost in the land dispute (or a friend/relative of the person). Even if so, how could it be to anyone's harm for the property to be cleaned up? I'm sad that your work was interrupted by this unpleasantness. However, as always your hard work & diligence are a blessing for Ms. Nga.

Hola Jefe desgraciadamente así sucede la gente no sabe la realidad y en todo se quiere meter aunque no es su casa veo que siempre existe la envidia en todas parte.
