Hasanni Campbell's foster father says he left the little boy just outside his BMW parked behind his fiancee's shoe store in August of 2009. He says he was only gone long enough to go around to the front, walk through the store and open the rear door, but by the time he got there, the little boy was gone. There are certainly theories and accusations, but to this day, the mystery of little Hasanni's disappearance has never been solved.

The foster father is guilty. And why was his car parked in the back of the store. Pure BS on the foster father. He took his 19month old daughter out but not the son makes no sense. Look at the Aunts face says it all. They know. The Aunt should be ashamed that she is standing by that babies killer

The woman "suspect" (can't recall her name) is Hassani's biological aunt. Louis Ross was/is the woman "suspect's" boyfriend effectively making him Hassani's uncle by "intimate," non-bioligical relationship. As far as I have been able to figure out from the video, they were not officially in the foster care system at that time if they ever had been or have been since. But they were nonetheless Hassani's foster parents in the sense of that they were asked to take him on and care for him. I vaguely recall this case but I don't recall if they were ever registered in the foster care system. Tragic story all the way around and heartbreaking! I can't recall a lot of its details so I can't recall how it ended up and if did but I what I gathered from the video is that it has not been fully solved yet and that it might not ever be. However I just don't believe that and am holding out hope that it'll one day be fully solved no matter how long it takes. Just my take.

I live in this neighborhood, so I know the story pretty well. It’s not a strip mall, it’s shops along College Avenue, with apartments above and (expensive) residential neighborhoods immediately adjacent on every cross street. The place he said he parked is very small, visible from many angles including the outdoor patio of a restaurant across the street, and there’s a lot of foot traffic up and down the street because the BART station is a ten minute walk south. If no one saw anything that day, it’s because there wasn’t anything to see, because Hasani was never there.

Edited to add: didn’t watch the whole video because it was repetitive, cut together clips from different time periods without annotating them, got a bunch of things wrong, and generally was fairly schlocky.

Plus when they have serious disabilities more money is often needed for medical bills, extra tutoring for school, and other expenses that pop up. I never leave kids in a car no matter how quick I think I'm gonna be. Even 12 years ago I would have a problem leaving a kid in a car while I run in a store. I just can't. Also, why is this case just now getting national attn. We should've heard about this years ago. It's strange how the media picks and chooses which cases to bolster. Even if it didn't gain national attention until a couple years later it's still way better than 12 years later.

He was so tiny! My 2 year old son also has CP, the same form as Hassani, but he's about 43 lbs and 3 feet 4 inches tall. I think that's about average for his age, so CP didn't stunt his growth. Hassani was probably malnourished at some point. So sad. I don't know how anybody could hurt any child, let alone a special needs child. And you know it was because he was special needs, and needed extra attention. The worst part about that is that the most mild form of CP is pretty low on the scale where special needs are concerned

Wait, first he left the 19 months old baby in the car as well? Then, he returned, to retrieve the 19 months old baby girl from the car, noticed the baby boy taking his seat belt off and this foster dad just did what? Leaves him like that, continued to the front of the store to what, only to return to the car and the little boy had disappeared? A little boy with braces on and no one noticed him? Something smells rotten in Denmark to me. Facts just aren’t adding up brother.

How dreadfully sad, a beautiful child who is still touching hearts. Foster dad says he walks round the car, opens the boot (trunk) and opens the child's door presumably because of childlocks? Child was has compromised mobility issues with cognition and in a car parking and delivery area. When Foster dad says the media emphasise disability braces most folks would imagine the old fashioned metal type which would be very evident however the modern customise molded plastic splints can fit into regular shoes and and worn under trousers are much more discreet and may not be noticed at first unless the child is moving.

I don't understand why foster said he's not that disabled, but I can understand why he would clarify a better description if ppl are looking for a boy with braces on his legs. It does appear that the little boy was never there. Obviously, there was never any or enough evidence to make an arrest, but it does sound like everyone is doing their best to find him.

So so very Sad... I have a question in case anyone can answer me. On this video at 5.57 minutes into it your showing a map This map show's where The Shoe Store is and then there's also an arrow pointing showing where cloths were found. Are those clothes his clothes ? Has there been any DNA testing on the clothes? Also, On the Dad... I believe at 13:07 minutes into your video it looks as if the Dad is wearing a Shirt that might be warn by a Nurse or A TECH in a hospital ?? Not sure.. However, If he is a TECH or Nurse or in classes that might lead him to that sort of field for work. Then maybe that's why he has Latex Gloves in his car.. However, This is a very sad and strange case.

Those shirts look exactly like the kind inmates are obligated to wear in county jails. They are basically scrubs. Every county jail provides those shirts to each inmate, along with pants to match. Each jail has them. Just the color of the uniform may vary between jails. The ones in my county (Suffolk county, New York) are a forest green color. Unfortunately I learned all about these fashionable jailhouse scrubs the hard way many times during my younger years, when I was a little trouble maker. Thankfully I changed my ways and I am no longer a derelict loser on drugs. But i digress. You might be correct though. It may actually be legit scrubs and he might work some kind of job in the medical field.

My son and niece both carry latex gloves in their cars. They have first-aid training and they want to be prepared in case of an accident. My son has used his twice when he came upon a car wreck and assisted the injured. To play devils advocate, maybe the reason the father told about the braces being under his pants was that someone kidnapping him would not realize he was handicapped.
