Conversations amongst such prominent examples are always highly appreciated. Access to capital is challenging to obtain and although I hate to equate every road block to race, me being a black male is a red flag to some even amongst other black folks in certain positions of power. I’ve accepted all closed doors as a challenge. Not a challenge to be accepted through those same closed doors but a challenge to prosper without them.

Why don't any or more Black RE Developers partner with wealthy Africans like the Egyptians or the Saudi's, or have they tried and not been successful? If so, why? Do they not want to do business with us? (Not making accusations just asking because I don't know). Keep doin' what you're doin'. This brotha is so Proud of you!! I'm also a native Washingtonian. Found out my mom grew up with you. my youngest brother is a RE Dev in DC, not as big as you, but he's building and growing quietly.
