It was an absolute pleasure to attend the first annual Mexican Yeti Gathering last week in Querétaro, MX. The culture, food, people, and hospitality were second to none. Trails were ridden, mezcal was consumed, lifelong friendships were forged. I am eternally grateful for this experience.
I can't even explain how good it feels to get back to international travel after a few years. 4 Palos is one for the ages, dropping 6000' into the valley below, where we were greeted with sandwiches and cold Modelo's. It doesn't get much better than this.
Watch closely as Shawn Neer gives a master class in cornering technique and backwheel games with all the exposure. Special guest appearance by MX loc dog, Patricio Zorrilla.

4 palos is mind blowing, me and my wife did it last year, can’t believe Shawn is doing wheelies on places I was scared of going off a cliff. Probably the best downhill in all of Mexico. A hidden gem for sure. Yeti Mexico really did a great job taking you guys on that route

Classic sick trail in the area, love riding it! Part of what always amazes me is going trough at least 3 different micro-climates as you go down. Having some cecina or fried fish with a cold one next to the Bucareli building after the ride is bliss!

I've rode 4palos two times and is a fuckin scary shit to do, just for skilled guys. Otherwise you are just waking your bike down most of the trail. Don't ask me why but locals get mad if you see trying to remove any rock from the trail...😅😅😅
