Zabbar, lovely village, not bad lights, we went to a wedding in the church I think about 7/8 years back, was really nice. CHRISTMAS LIGHTS @ ZABBAR🌟 ARE THEY THE WORST SO FAR?🤔. Can't believe it was so quiet as to "people"🚶 - not cars 🚘 📯 😡. Steve, re Vulcan crash wasn't during War, it was on 14/10/75 when 5 crew + 1 resident died 🙏. "Fis-sakra" = "drunk". Steve, THANKS for the walk around central Zabbar🚶🌟 ⛪ 🎥 👏. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ™ .

I think I mentioned that our son lives in Zabber so interesting to see it all lit up for Xmas! Going back to the bibbing of horns...we are in Somerset where there are MILES of narrow lanes with lots of bends & some cars drive quite fast..but no way will anyone use their horn when approaching a bend!! & I say to my husband use the horn!! My Maltese father always bibbed his horn over there when approaching a bend! Seems like a no brainer to me!

We visited the umbrella display ☂ in Zabbar in 2019, I’m sure I posted some photos on your Holiday Malta page Steve. I have a few photos of it on my Instagram page too. I think there was a small display down the street you mentioned but the main street was the one just across the junction. The church looked very beautifully lit ⛪️✨ What I am really enjoying on your videos is seeing all of the band clubs Steve 🥁🎺 they all look so nice. I love to see and hear them performing at events and festas. Thank you again Steve for another cracking video 👍🏼

Oh Steve you should have gone straight down Sanctuary Str,, people will tell you were it exploded,and the river of petrol and Balconies burning including my Grand,mother,s3 doorsup from the RoyalCinema,,that street was bombed inww2 ,,this was 1975 Steve,,Zabbar was Grand MasterHompesch favorite village ,,he did a lot for Zabbar,. 14 October 1975 when an Avro Vulcan B.2 bomber crashed after an aborted landing at RAF Luqa. The aircraft crashed in a residential area in Żabbar, and five crew members and one civilian on the ground were killed. The two pilots managed to eject and survived the accident. The crash caused extensive damage to many buildings in Żabbar.
