Hi , first of all loved what you said, body shaming is a major issue in the making, but then, we're in the era of social media it is kinda impossible to get away from something like this, there are apps (FB, Instagram, Tinder, Bumble to name a few ) that ridicule the very moral that you have, also us humans are obsessed to getting approved by others, there's no escaping this(its in our nature), I reckon we should try and emulate a cockatoo, I have heard that the Cockatoo(a parrot species), is so obsessed with itself that if you keep a mirror in front of it, it would keep looking at it, fascinated by its own reflection. All we can do is to be a Cockatoo among humans :), be in love in ourselves. take it from someone with 3k *2 incisions on the head, I decided to be a cockatoo long back, I am better of being bald, self-deprecation is kinda my forte now. Be that cockatoo. God Bless
