A.B. Dick 9810 XC Offset Press

My first AB Dick was a 360 chute I bought when I was 18. A few years later I bought a 9835 then got out of printing in the late 90's. A couple yrs ago I picked up a 9840 with T-head pretty cheap lol and a Ryobi 3302. I'm a contractor and figure I can do my own printing since I miss doing it and I'll have real offset ink printing, not the digital toner crap all the local print shops use now... the very first duplicator I bought was a Chief 15 when I was 17 years old, I was a go-getter

Can you run 11x17 on your 360 ?

Yes I believe we can, though it is not currently configured to do so. This run was 12 x 18, so had to be done on the 9810 anyway.

Dale Henry they just barely will, and you have to get your plate perfect.... even though it will technically run 11x17 we never did because of that and it would leave a light crease down each side from the edge of the impression cylinder I believe..... it's been a LONG LONG time lol

getting one of these next week free just to pay 70 euro shipping costs its running ok im assured anyway what is the dampning like on these? looks like integrated , had a ryobi 3200 with same n lots of waste n headaches, are these any better ryan?

That dampling called Alcohol Damping i am from INDIA we import Ab Dick and Ryobi and all machines but same damping roller not success in INDIA because water problem so we put copper and rubber and water abonite roller same as original then no problem at all. Ryobi is best machine because they copied the abdick and they found what are the most problem in abdick that problems are solved in Ryobi example Ab dick water Alcohol damping have a water increse and decrease adjustment with help of to cam gear it was in side of the master cylinder cup gear and plate gear it will gone with in 2 years so u have to take master cylinder and change it cost so much but same method they done in simple way live long no problem same they recreate the ryobi. Ryobi is best machine cost is high but abdick is cheap but no life. thanks.
