If so would he or his parents have anything further to say if he remembers anything and who the rabbi was that made him forget and is there any photos of this person as a child and of the rabbi and what exactly was done to take away his memory ! Would like to know what has happened to this special child and his parents ! Maybe his parents should expand on his birth and until the time he was made to forget ! If this person is still around what is he doing now teaching talking about his once special status guess that would make good interesting lecture !

The problem with ungratefulness with the one who refuse to do lead mezemun is not that he won't bless the Baal HapBayit because he'll do it anyway by himself. But rather the act of refusing the kavod itself, the Baal HaBayit in his humility wants to honor the guess, much like having him over is a great mitzvah when we refuse we are refusing the host the mitzvah. Not everything is giving in judaism, chessed involves taking also because we allow the other person to receive this pleasure. So it is an act of ungratefulness because we took their invitation and their hospitality now also take his request to lead the mezemun
