Just made it from my keyboard, you can too😁 I would tell you what keys I used but my keys are screwed up and nothing is where it is supposed to be😆 So it wouldn't be in the same place on yours🤔 So just experiment on your keyboard, you will find the combination. This one I find absolutely fascinating. I've done a little bit of cooking from medieval period cookbooks so I'm not a stranger to being surprised by foods, spices, or even cooking techniques that I didn't know were even in obscure use, much less common use in those days. This one has me completely perplexed! Every single element of this dish is something I like to eat but would've NEVER thought to combine in this fashion. Thanks again Justine! Happy New Year! I've made several of these historic recipes after watching you, Justine. I have to tell you that my husband (who's recovering from a stroke and beginning to eat normal food again) is digging right in and loving it. Last week I made the potato and pork pie, serving it with spiced fried apples and sour cream. Now I'm going to make this bacon curry dish as well.
