Rice 7p....1 and 1 half bits off chicken thigh 70p...sauce 15p/10p....All in all 92p homemade prob more and nicer chicken which can cook in with the rice too.. a low quick boil so yh £1 for homemade be much more food and nicer but if you havnt got time too chop a chicken thigh then your life scares me 😂😂😂...cheers andy

if you look Aldi did theres before price madness were 65p, but Asda etc have had these 400g curry's at 85p for years. you look at 48g of chicken. which for the price is not that bad. It is hard for one person to make this yourself. the only thing is that the rice portion may be under 10p. I have had this as well as the Aldi one. and it is totally fine. There is not many good 5 star value items. I have to say this is one of them. And I am not joking I have a curry tonight for my tea. that cost 85p heheheh I do think that if its for 1 person then Yes but once you go for 2 or more you can do it cheaper. Jar curry sauce 48p easy enough for two. and 7.5p a portion rice. 150g apx each. (1kg 50p bag). you only need 50g of chicken a person like tesco 1kg chicken portions . even add other items in. like peas etc.

I've not had the Asda version, but Tesco have one that's pretty similar, also 85p ('Hearty Foods' 'brand') I like having it with a breaded chicken thingy from the cheapo section (4 for £2) for a knock off 'chicken katsu curry' for under £1.50

This preproduced industrial food can be stored in warm temperature room conditions.. Warehouses... before ship off to groceries and stores... Thats why they put in cheap chemicals to keep it away from rotting and bacteria... Its cheaper that way of storage for the owners of those food processing factories... then also build, house, store it in a expensive cooled with expensive fossile fueled elctric cooling systems... thats the outcome of serious oil, energy, system crisis of 1979 up till now... That people get cancer from it still outweighs this way of feeding the workers... for the owners... Get it Buddy. Ur killing urself to save pennies for the owners.. better start eating fresh produce.. buddy... if u love life. 1 eye is King in the land of the Blind.

ooo now u can compare this with the tesco 85p chicken curry which im a big fan of you can always add extra but is nice as it is tbh for 85p cant go wrong couple garlic breads or naans feed family of 4 for a quid each
