I would argue that this encounter with Justine and Sebastian is one of the most important moments in the game that doesn't involve any big mind twisting reveals. It sets up both characters perfectly and shows you how the stakes aren't there just for show. Justine COULD take Edgeworth's badge at any moment. Even from the perspective of someone who knows he becomes Chief Prosecutor, the risk he makes every time he even shows up in front of Judge Courtney is still really tense.

You're expecting Debeste to be bad, but not THIS bad. And his theme music playing over it just makes it better. There's one point in either this testimony or the next one where he makes a pun about Edgeworth being a "third-rate" prosecutor, because one part of Edgeworth's Japanese name sounds like "three" (the "mitsu" in "mitsurugi"), as compared to his name which contains "ichi", "one". I mentally slammed my head against the wall when I saw that. I love how Edgeworth objects to the second testimony before it even begins. And that the contradiction in it is SOMETHING SEBASTIAN HIMSELF DID. These testimonies really hammer in how much of an idiot he is, I love it. But they also show Justine's approach to working with him. She's obviously way smarter than he is, but she'll let him go on to lure Edgeworth into a false sense of security. ["Did you really think Debeste prosecutor would be shaken by someone Miles behind him?"] Oh wait no THIS is the line! I actually never saw what the localizers did with it, and it's perfect! And the Berry Big Circus is back. I don't think many fans expected that. I actually have no idea whether that case is hated nearly as much in Japan as it is over here. As for who returns, you'll find out..."

The meaning of Kay’s name: Kay Faraday= Okay for a day! Plus when you do the Investagtions tier list, I would love it if you did 1 and 2 together! Trust me, it’s gonna be hard to rank all of the characters in Investagtions 2! They’re all great! However, I understand if you cannot merge the two together! Also, Sebastian and Justine are “the best” antagonists! (I’m my opinion!) Alongside, Godot and Edgeworth himself! (Don’t get me wrong, I love Franziska! But, I definitely liked some other antagonist better! Like Simon Blackquill, I LOVED HIM!)

Oh, you missed SO much funny stuff in Sebastian's testimony by completing it so quickly. The thing is, the more you press him - the more UNNEEDED stuff he will add! In the end you will have EVERY part of the testimony changed, and, if i'm remembering correctly, he will even ADD a few more unnecessary parts!
