It's not nonsense. It is a equal trade but because after you recapture the bishop, your two pawns come in line and another pawn is hanging if you ever move the rook. Also, you cannot castle on that side anymore, therefore you will be at a disadvantage.

Though chances are very less that the opponent will play the same way whole way...even if he do, i guarantee I will do atleast one step differently and will found myself in a worse situation with the "sweetie" already gone..🤣🤣🤣

Take with the queen, its an active piece so its good to get it out and maybe you can castle long to start a race of pawn pushes if you want

Anyone above 1550 will sac their queen and have equal game. When the queen is attacked. Ignore it and grab the knight with your knight. Then don’t capture the bishop just take out the pawn with your pawn. If bishop attacks your rook you can attack the bishop. If bishop runs away. You save your knight. And have equal or even slightly better game. When someone sacs queen or even a piece you just have to go exchange mode.

E5 is a free pawn in this position after knight takes. Recapturing results in a fork, which gives white the entire center, unless you can come up with something better to defend against that with. Castling is cool, but playing the bishop out is a loss of a pawn if he chooses to play NxE5, i think.
