എത്ര മനോഹരമായ വീട്..ഇതൊക്കെയല്ലേ വീട്. ഈ വീട് ഇത്രയും മനോഹരമാകാനുള്ള കാരണം തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ലാൻഡും അതിലേക്ക് തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്ത ആർകിടെക്ട് എം എം ജോസ് സാറുമാണ്. ഒപ്പം ഒരു ഹോട്ടലല്ല വീടാണ് ആവശ്യം എന്ന ആഗ്രഹവും. ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു വീടുണ്ടാക്കാൻ പൈസ മാത്രം ഉണ്ടായാൽ പോരാ.. ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള സ്ഥലവും അതിനനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളും ഉണ്ടാകണം. ഒരു നൂറ് വർഷം കണ്ടാലും മടുക്കാത്ത വീടാണിത്. കാശുള്ള ഒരുപാട് ആളുകൾ പല രൂപത്തിലും വീട് എടുക്കാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ അവർ നാട്ടുകാരുടെ ആഗ്രഹങ്ങൾക്കാണ് വീട് എടുക്കുക. ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ചില വലിയ വീടുകൾ കാണുമ്പോൾ നല്ല വൃത്തികേട് തോന്നാറുണ്ട്. നമ്മുടെ കാലാവസ്ഥക്ക് ചേരാത്ത ഗ്ലാസും പർഗോളയും മറ്റ് എക്സ്റ്റീരിയർ.ആർക്കിറ്റെക്റ്റ് എം എം ജോസ് സർ ഇതുപോലെയുള്ള കുറെ വീടുകൾ കേരളത്തിൽ പണിതിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഒറ്റനില വീട് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്നതിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ അത്രേം കൈപുണ്യമുള്ള വേറെ ആർക്കിടെക്ട് ഇല്ല.

പച്ചപ്പും പ്രകൃതിയും നോക്കിയിരി ക്കുന്നത് നല്ലതാണ്. എന്നാൽ, ഉയ ർന്ന പ്രദേശമാണെങ്കിൽ പോലും വേണ്ടത്ര ഉയരത്തിൽ തറ(മിനിമം രണ്ടര അടി)കെട്ടിയതിനു ശേഷം വേണം പ്രത്യകിച്ചും വീട് നിർമ്മി ക്കാൻ. ആർക്കി ടെക്റ്റുമാർ പറ യാത്തതും പിൻതുടരാത്തതും അ വരുടെ ചിന്തയെത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതു മായ നിരവധി കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഇതിനു പിന്നിലുണ്ട്. പോയ ബുദ്ധി ആന പി പിടിച്ചാലും തിരികെ കിട്ടില്ലാ എന്ന തിനാൽ വീട് പണിയുന്നവർ വേണ്ട വിധം ചിന്തിച്ചാൽ നന്നായിരിക്കും.

I think along with the look and beauty one should consider safety as the most important aspect of a house, especially, for an expensive house like this. The glass is easier to break however beautiful it is to look through it. The glass might be toughened glass, but still, it attracts the attention of the burglars.
