i love that you had that tiny mistake and weren't like "unravel your entire scarf and try again" but instead just said everyone makes mistakes and patched it up. that's such a good mentality to have ❤ and it looked just fine! thanks for the tutorial

Lol , this is the funniest tutorial I ever watched, but the scarf turned out beautiful. It just goes to show you if you are to far into the project and make a mistake there is always a way to fix it , Good job. I don't make knots though because they will always come in-done. Cant wait for the next fun video and thanks for making me smile.

You might wanna tie your new strand of yarn with the old one 3x. I usually pulled them real hard to make sure that they're not gonna fall off.

So I just wanted to share a tip with all of your crocheters out there. I've done this scarf a few times and had the same problem with my scarf increasing. If you're having this problem grab a stitch marker and once you get to the 2nd last stitch before you chain 2 put the stitch marker into that stitch. That way you know where to start on the next row. :)
@oliveandhill78256 жыл бұрын
When I am making this type of scarf I always use a stitch marker on each end so that I know where the final stitch of each row is. It saves you from having to count stitches or guess.

@alexjones53268 жыл бұрын
DO NOT KNOT YOUR YARN. You WILL be able to feel the knot. When you run out of yarn, just add another length in, as if it were the same piece. They have videos, look for how to add another color. Just do NOT knot it. You may not think you'd feel it but you'd be surprised!

my scarf keeps decreasing. I started with 30 and I'm at 29, 28. when u start a new row and you skip the first stitch, won't it just make less stitches as it decreases?

how many oz. of yarn does it take? I have the coolest multi colored Mandala yarn that I want to use and I have 3 balls of it. Any ideas what i can make with 15.9 oz.?
@AzhureLace6 жыл бұрын
Why would you skip the first hole on the second row?? Of course that's going to decrease the number of chains you do.. that doesn't make any sense. Otherwise, the pattern is good. I particularly like the way you fix the ends together.
