Bro mere pas rowse or pull-up karne ke liye na to koi equipment hai na hi koi park hai gym nahi ja sakta bas do plastic armrest wali chair hai unme rows bohot hard hai koi tareka batao jisse me unme rows kar sako thanks me beginner hone ke saath overweight hu

You can do all the exeecises with some assistance and dheere dheere range of motion badana, jisse mobility bhi badega and overtime strength bhi to do the same exercises without assistance.
