With case loads so high do they allow PSO to work overtime paid? Been offered a post thanks to your vids and book but its a pay cut from current job

Hey 👋🏽 yeah some offices do, but depends on what the higher managers believe is excessive workload based on their stats, worth asking them it’s normally things like oasys reports also your local psr team may have reports you can do as sessional that’s what I done once qualified for extra £££

Great videos btw. I have a spent conviction of affray and an offensive weapon charge from when I was 18. I'm now 34 and looking to go into this line of work. Just wondering if my previous conviction will affect my application?

If you been convicted of a felony you can not get a job as any law enforcement field

@@TeamkillerHenry ohh then you might want to a local probation recruiting event or read the qualifications in your local probation department. But here in the united states anything that you do from 18 and beyond stays on your record. Unless you have a juvenile record and did not get charged as an adult. The record can be sealed and clean.
