Is there a slider for the preset that helps reduce the opacity/strength of the preset applied?

There are sliders on *some* of the presets, but not all. Those that include skin editing don't have sliders available in Evoto currently, but at that point you can simply click on the skin section and reduce/increase the sliders by eye if needed :)

If I do edits in adobe camera raw first will evoto apply those if they are dragged in through bridge?

Yes, just export them as TIFF then into Evoto. Or you can import XMP but I prefer the Tiff method 😊

when I export (the way you recommended) my image quality is still poor. Any advise?

HI Josie, the image quality shouldn't be poor if you're exporting full res tiffs. Definitely double-check the image size you're importing in and the export settings. You are also welcome to post your settings in our facebook group so myself and other users can help :) (link in the video description). Hope that's helpful!

Do you have this one click thing for photoshop as well? If not please make one 😀

Hehe, ah I'd love to! Photoshop works differently. All the major Photoshop Action sets have one click sections, but for skin detail the best way in Photoshop is still to paint on (rather than relying on auto selections) :)
