Its the "building my confidence" part that Im still working on. I hate rolling over cracks in side walk, uneven floors, ect. Im just so wobbly and falling hurts like nobody's business

I have fallen backwards and hurt my back knees and elbows on hard floor . It’s easy to get over but make sure to wear pads guys before u start going at a faster pace

That's normal but don't let that put you off! When you feel like you're about to lose the balance, crouch down with your hands on the side of your chest, it will prevent you from getting badly hurt and even help you regain the balance. After a while, falls won't scare you anymore.

I went roller skating today, when i got the skates on, i walked to the rink, and i grabbed on the rails and pushed myself forward to get used to moving foward, after a couple minutes a guy came over and gave me some tips. I then slightly angled one of my legs and pushed, but not kicked, to move foward. After around an hour i barely needed help from the rails and was actually able to skate, it even felt easy, like riding a bike with training wheels.
