This grid is for a corner to corner (C2C) project actually. So it's worked corner to corner starting from the block where you have the number 5. The very 1st square on that corner is 1 which represents row 1, the next is row 2, upto 5th row (counting the rows diagonally). If you count it this way, you will understand that the 49 at the top left corner stands for row 49, which is the last row. So you work a corner to corner project by starting from 1st row, working increases in each row as you progress (and your project will apper as a diagonal or a triangle at this point). Then, for this grid, when you are done with row 25, you start working decreases.

Thank you for the tutorial! I really liked how you hid the yarn as you went by picking them up in the next row! Your squares look really good too. I think the numbers on the sides are for a corner to corner (C2C) pattern. I think they start on the lower right hand side and go up diagonally. I think anyway...🤷‍♀️

Hey! Love the Video and the tips are great!! Just a small question. When you are crocheting over the red yarn on the backside will it show on the front side? It is darker than pink so will it show on the front side?

That’s a very good question, id probably have to make a separate video explaining how to do that exactly but In short you can find websites online to make your own grid pattern but you’re going to have to put the heart image in yourself with the dimensions you want, I’m not sure if that helps but yea 😅

I record all my videos on my phone ( iPhone XR) and I do my voice overs and all the editing on capcut, and as for lighting I use studio lights ☺️ I hope this helped
