Do you still use that tool that joins the two separate sheets of plastic together or do you lap, burn then shrink ?

you forgot to mention that the shrinkwrap catches 100% of the wind, while the netting used often in covering a scoffold allows 30%-50% of the wind to pass through. This makes it so that the forces on the scaffold structure are much larger when using shrinkwrap. It is also much more expensive and is bad for your health to breath those plastic fumes that comes from heating the wrap. Also, if done right, netting can be just as smooth and tight as shrinkwrap, and is much faster to install.
