Sorry for the late reply to this question. Your comment was in our "Held for review" list. Business Owners Policies (BOP) are completely different that Professional Liability, in that BOP excludes Professional Liability and most Professional Liability policies exclude Bodily Injury and Property Damage that's covered in the BOP. Where a BOP might provide coverage for a customer that slips and falls on your premises, a properly structured Professional Liability policy would provide coverage for what's defined as a Wrongful Act on the policy which could be an error or omission in the profession of the insured business or individual, think more like Malpractice for a doctor or architect.
