I have been playing trombone for almost 54 years. I think this is a great approach. Thanks for sharing this! I hope I am not coming across as a know-it-all. I'm just saying that looking all the online resources, this is a very useful one. It takes a simple approach. I hope this is a positive seeming commentary. I really liked your post. @@ChrisRamos-s4w That's a GREAT question. Music will oftern use scale patterns or triads based on the scale. SO if you know the scale you can recognize these patterns in your music, making learning a new piece easier!
