this is a picky-bitch nitpick on my part, but does it bug anyone else that it's been decades since we could play as *Toad*? as in, OG, red-headed blue-panted toad from Mario 2, or Mario Party, or *the movie**? I feel like the playable Toads since New Super Mario Bros on Wii just aren't that guy.

I do love Super Mario Galaxy, but 3D World is way more in line with what I want from Mario. I don’t like the style of the New SMB games, but the subtle differences in 3D World make all the difference. It’s my favorite Mario game by a long shot.

Okay I've always took issue with one of Scotts talking point about the title of Super Mario 3D World. Here's why: I think on a genuine level he doesn't understand the thought process of the naming scheme. And I don't say that in a mean way, I honestly think he just doesn't understand and I want to explain. The ORIGINAL Super Mario Land was a handheld bite size version of a standard console Mario game. Super Mario World was meant to redefine the concept of a Mario game at the time, so going from Land to World with that thought process in mind made a lot of sense for that naming scheme. Now fast forward to 3D Land, its simple to make the connection here. Its a new Mario Land (a handheld Mario meant to capture the spirit of a console Mario game) in 3D, with the same 2d Design philosophy of the original Mario Land. Then we finally get to 3D World. Again I feel like the connection here is also clear, The original Super Mario World was a console title that was a follow up to Land, carrying its same design philosophy. Therefor if we are following up a title like 3D land, to the current Nintendo home console it only makes sense to call that game 3D World. I KNOW, I know... that was a mouthful so tl;dr... Super Mario Land> Super Mario World> Super Mario 3D Land> Super Mario 3d World

Starfox Zero is one of the very few things I disagree with Scott about. Yes the controls do take some getting used to, and if you want to count that as a negative that's fair, but once I did get used to them I had a blast.

I hate the wii u. I hate how they marketed it. I hate how much time they wasted on it. And I hate how they made another horrible star fox game with such a stupid gimmick, and how it seems everybody at Nintendo was a yes-man during the Wii U. It's like nobody was saying no to each other and all horrible ideas were just accepted and implemented. It's unforgivable. For every great idea Nintendo has, they have 3 horrible ideas right behind it and nobody and nothing will change their minds. It's so crazy.
