Cannot see that Elvis Costello video without recalling how he helped me pass my Higher English exam in school - in the test paper, one of the questions was based on the lyrics of Oliver's Army - knowing the story behind the song well, I scored a HUGE number of marks, and passed the exam with ease!

Thanks Anndoverfist for posting all this stuff. Kenny was an artist the likes of which are very rare. It is a pitty that the entire show is not available on DVD... it would be interesting to watch the development of the show as video technology improved over the years...
